Upon This Hill

I

I have seen the Cumaean Sibyl hanging upside down in a cage,

and when asked what she wanted,

she said, I want to die.

Ezra Pound

Cassandra of Troy was daughter of King Priam and Queen Hecuba.

A princess with a princess’ upbringing, she would have been principled

and courageous. We are told she was beautiful. She was also a priestess.

Details of the story as it comes to us vary; they agree that she was a prophetess.

Cassandra had the gift of prophecy, ability to see future events; or it may have been a curse.

One condition of her gift was that she could only speak truth, she could not lie.

What we know of the story is that, having refused Apollo’s advances, she is cursed

so that no one will believe her.

The curse was that no one would believe Cassandra even though her every prophecy was true.

Sometimes timeless truths will come to us in ancient stories. This story of Cassandra is used in our time to refer to the condition of truths which are valid being disregarded or not believed.

Mass Formation Psychosis

(Menticide)

There is a video “Killing of the Mind” by After Skool and Academy of Ideas wherein is discussed

“an epidemic of madness” that can occur when a “large portion of society loses touch with reality

and descends into delusions.”

Mattias Desmet is Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Ghent.

Professor Desmet has studied extensively the phenomenon of how great masses of people or entire societies can come under the spell of a collective delusion. You can search for his work, or

you may access interviews with him at the two links below:

Enforcing Rules at the Price of Reason

“Not merely the validity of experience, but the very existence of external reality

was tacitly denied . . . . The heresy of heresies was common sense.”

George Orwell

There are thousands of papers, podcasts, videos, and documentaries focused on the events surrounding the events of the past couple years beginning in January 2020. There is so much information that most people do not make sense of it. It seems that many media outlets attempt to present an intense focus on biological hazards, sort of like a hypnotist inducing a trance. Under the influence of this focus, it may be that we do not comprehend, or may not even be aware of, the context in which events are occurring.

I have spent hundreds of hours studying these events which are presently disrupting our lives and our society. The issues are so complex and interwoven that it is difficult to know where to begin any intelligent discussion with people for whom you care. The situation is complicated by a divisiveness which seems to be a part of the spirit of the times. Many of us are unwilling to consider difficult questions because we are not willing to accept the mental discomfort, the cognitive dissonance, that comes with accepting that there are things we do not know—or, worse, the disillusionment that comes from learning that what we thought we knew is not true.

I recently watched a podcast which considers many of the phenomena upon which current events are focused. This is an informative interview and intelligent, insightful consideration of events crucial to our lives, yours and mine. The interview (although not hundreds of hours) is lengthy. Hearing this presentation has moved me to put together these pages for your attention. You will find at link below an interview of Robert Malone, MD, by Joe Rogan:

backup: https://www.bitchute.com/video/vSQN8Ya5Pdb1/

After the Rogan interview, Dr. Malone also appeared on Stew Peters show on January 5, in a shorter, hard-hitting interview:

On the next page you will find links and names which you may find most worthwhile of your attention. The items to which your attention is directed here are not the only sources of the information presented.

The video from January of 2020 was helpful in beginning to understand that the events being rolled out on stage for public observation were events in a larger program, that the events presented for the public were only a small segment along a much longer continuum.

Even earlier, before January 2020, Canadian Physician Andrew Moulden had studied extensively how ingredients in vaccines were interacting in the bodies of patients. Andrew Moulden,MD,PhD, died unexpectedly at age 49 in 2013. You will find some information about his work collected at link below:

You can find valuable insights in the brave work of Attorney Reiner Fuellmich, David Martin, Vladimir Zelenko, Thomas Renz, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Peter McCullough, Jon Rappoport, Vernon Coleman, Carrie Madej, Christiane Northrup, Sherry Tenpenny, Delores Cahill, Judy Mikovits . . . .

I have to end this . The information continues to pour in at a rate faster than we can assimilate what it means. I did tell you that I have invested hundreds of hours. To get a perspective of the overall strategy behind current events, anyone can find information online. You can look for UN Agenda 21, or for UN Agenda 2030. You can search for 2010 Rockefeller Foundation Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development. You can find extensive overview and detail regarding Klaus Schwab’s proposed Great Reset at the World Economic Forum.

I also find the statements of Archbishop Carlo Vigano very important. The statement (link below) by Patriarch Kirill of the Russian Orthodox Church is a brave, concise observation.

Do you believe

Yes, of course you do. But what?

What do you believe? And why?

Much of what we believe, you and I, is what we have been told–by someone. It is what we have been told and accepted as true. Julian Assange has said that information flow, however, is not a neutral phenomenon. Information flow is related to the movement of power in a society. That movement of power is too often, and increasingly, invested in effort to control–and to control in such manner as to capture or contain the most valuable resource in a society: human energy.

It may be that the myth of authority is one of the most dangerous and abused superstitions (or beliefs) ever programmed into collective consciousness.

When I began this consideration of the way our belief is manifested in our actions, I was focused on comments by James P. Carse in his book Finite and Infinite Games. Carse mentions that our belief is often used as a weapon against those who do not believe as we do. Belief is, therefore, too often an act of violence.

There was a time when, having accepted what I had been told, my beliefs were fixed and solid like walls of stone. It was a startling and not easy realization to learn belief can be chosen: I can choose what I believe based upon taking thought and upon discovering additional information. (It was also an awakening to discover that I had been sheltered from that realization by those who shape the thoughts of our minds, yours and mine, by deliberately presenting or withholding information.  Censorship can be as damaging as deliberate untruth.)

Is it possible that belief, the ideas we hold in mind about life and existence are not absolutely fixed and unchanging? Is it possible that to be most helpful and to be in alignment with the world and society in which we exist (and to avoid being weaponized) what we believe will evolve as we gain additional information, question, examine,  and integrate that information?

We all believe. What we believe will give our life structure and direction. However, a living, growing, learning individual is not a static entity. Life is a constellation of ever-changing processes and events. As you acquire greater knowledge and develop increased understanding, so must your beliefs continue to evolve. Ken Wilber says that we transcend and include our past selves as we grow toward wisdom. We realize that our past thoughts and actions were the best of which we were capable based upon the information we had at the time.

Is it possible that the most powerful beliefs are the ones that do not contain us like stone walls? We, you and I–indeed, all of us–are not static, limited entities. We are an ever-changing, sometimes expanding, constellation of energies. Is it possible that our continued development–perhaps our survival–is best served by a system of living beliefs, a system of beliefs that expands with us as we grow in wisdom?

Prayer

Our Father, which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth,
As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts
As we forgive our debtors.
And leave us not in temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
The power, and the glory,
For ever and ever.

Just the Facts

Teachers, Scientists, and philosophers thousands of years before this time in which we live had an appreciation for something about which most of us no longer have a clue, which is that facts are part of a process far more vast than simply the facts. The real purpose of study, of seeking after facts, is not in order that we can manipulate the world to our advantage, but it is rather that our own awareness can be transformed. And through this transformation our world is transformed. This, it seems, we have almost completely forgotten.

Where the priestess spoke for millenia

The oracle of Apollo at Delphi was famed throughout the Greek world and even beyond. The oracle would answer questions put to her by visitors wishing to be guided in their future actions. The whole process was a lengthy one, usually taking up a whole day and only carried out on specific days of the year. It is said that above door to the temple was inscribed the Delphic Maxim, “Gnothi seauton.”

Know thyself. Know thyself and thou shall know all the mysteries of the gods and the universe.

Who or what are we, you and I? (Simple question, isn’t it?)
And it is thus that we kindle fire in the mind . . . .

Information and Reality

Information shapes reality.
For some, information is reality.
How are we, you and I, informed?

A Chronology can tell many things

In case you are interested in events which have brought us to our present state of affairs, you will find herein a link to a chronology of events which indicate something of the path we have trodden as peoples. This is not a quick read. And there will be surprises. There is much that is not revealed to us; there may even be a considerable body of evidence that is deliberately withheld from our awareness. I will leave it to you to consider the if and the why. I only post the chronology.

Understanding there may be limitations, it is with gratitude that I post this brief introduction and the link below. I did not know. One thing I do know is that to assemble this was a committed and labor-intensive act.

“This initial historical analysis was assembled as a chronological chart and took months to accomplish.

It is by no means complete. Resting on the known fact that the universe is stranger that you think it is, extreme flexibility was allowed relative to the entries in the chronology, sometimes reaching into the fringe. Of course, that’s were all the fun is. Whether you realize it or not, experience means knowing the unknown, even if might seem ridiculous to the logical or linear mind, very strange facts have been known to come together in strange ways. They always do. When you examine the chronology, which was for me an organizational research tool, keep that in mind. I decided to include it in the book because I thought you might somehow find it useful in your own examination. Don’t get into a state because you feel I “left something out” or “didn’t include something else” or “shouldn’t have included this.” I did it for me, remember? Items are there because of informational relationship within the over all paradigm under examination. Names are not changed to unprotect the ignorant dullards who decided to try and run the show. Silly rabbit. Kids need love, not psychotherapy and psycho-cybernetic control. I trust you will find the following to be of use in your overall investigations.

A Prayer for Ground Truth

Maple Spring Church Road
Anno Domini 2016

SUBJECT: A Prayer for Ground Truth
Thomas Young, son of the sister of my father, with contemplation I now bring to you these words with prayer that they are received by your higher self, that timeless place within of wisdom and understanding wherein resideth Divine Presence. These words are placed, after contemplation, on paper here in the place where I was born and where I now reside here in the hills to westward of the great Tanasi River which moves beneath the waters, even now in the truth of its watercourse way. Cicada is here. And Crow; and wren; and thrush from deep wood. Sometimes hawk circles. Whippoorwill calls at evening and through the night; owl will speak. And katydid. There are a thousand voices, timeless in their resonance thru years.
We share this, you and I. There are connections between us of relation and experience and I had great respect for you for much—no, for most—of my life. I believe our commonalities are such that we can communicate with one another and be heard.
Thomas, if through some unforeseen course of events, I were to move just down the road from you and promptly decide that even though you and your neighbors had been living in that place and working the land for generation upon generation that you were inferior beings and that in my superiority I was going to call the land after my own name, would you be pleased? If the Inmans and Bobbie Foust, to honor history, tradition, and sense of place, and with respect for the generations who have lived lifetimes and walked upon and toiled alongside this road, were to bring the matter of my attempt to the consideration of County Fiscal Court and the magistrates were to rule that I could not call the place after my own name and yet I persisted in my willful efforts at self-aggrandizement, would you be pleased to be dismissed as inferior and unworthy of consideration? If I were to boastfully proceed to self-report my own unofficial and inaccurate information in hopes that it would be picked up through my persistence, would you be pleased? If the official records were to duly list the now-official designation of the path by your door, and I were to enter the name layer of the GPS system and in my hubris scratch out a vanity plate to maintain my desired self-naming in this virtual space, while reading to you again and again and again Psalms 49:9-10 from Book of Common Prayer, would you be pleased? What would be the thoughts of your heart?
Sincerely,

robert

Silencio

The silence of what we do not know. The silence of that which has been deliberately omitted from the educational process. What if . . . what if in the Divine Mind, the Cosmic Mind, the purpose of education was to bring the monad, the individual, to escape velocity in an evolutionary process? What if through some means unclear to us that role was twisted to limit the vast majority to roles as factory and cannon fodder?

This is all, of course, larger than I can get my mind around.

You will find at link below an article and a short video making accessible to a much wider audience information from Carroll Quigley’s Tragedy and Hope. The work is profound. Its importance probably ranks near that of the esoteric teachings of The Wisdom Traditions. This is that vast body of knowledge aligned with realities of systems into which we have been born on the planet so that we have experienced them sort of as a fish might experience water. And the problem is many of us alive today do not even guess the existence of these conditions. Worse, they are even beyond contemplation. (Perhaps that contemplation may be reserved for some future self who returns to the planet to account for the atrocities to which we were/are accessories . . . dunno.) Sometimes it seems to me there may actually be guardians of the lesser mysteries, or perhaps some type of star wars energetic frequencies surrounding information to prevent its consideration by the unwashed masses. Try talking to someone you know about something they do not want to believe and watch their eyes . . . .

Anyhow, link is below. You will find therein access to very important information–at no charge. (That in itself is significant. Capitalism is a planetary religion, yes?)

http://www.joeplummer.com/tragedy-and-hope-101

As to the physical world where dawn chorus of ecstatic spring birds washes over us each morning, where crows meet daily for important considerations, where silver crescent moon drifts down from blue into orange left painted where sun has fallen below woods to the west, and then into dark of night, where fire whispers on logs in stove against the chill of early spring night, where our hearts leap up in beauty, in love, in gratitude and friendship, may you and yours be well. May there be peace in your heart and in the place where you dwell. May you be happy. May you see beauty.

What were the words from Desiderata . . . [I paraphrase] even with all of the confusion and broken dreams it is a beautiful world. It is. I am grateful for this existence I am given.

Education: To remember what we may be

We live at a time when there is available to humans more information and technology than ever before in recorded history. And in the onrush of all of this, most of us do not know what is a human being or what possibilities may lie open to us. We have little time for the ancient admonition to, “Know thyself.”
How do we become aware of the importance of this fundamental route to becoming more fully human? Can we access information and technology presently in existence (and expanding) to develop wisdom and understanding we can apply to make our lived experience of this life we are given more meaningful and satisfying to us? Can we access and apply existing information and technology to lessen unnecessary hardship for those with whom we interact–and possibly expand that interaction? Hammering out our words here key by key could we possibly demonstrate (as have legal counsel and public servants with statutory legislation) . . . might we be able to discover again for ourselves that the pen is mightier than the sword . . . or maybe even more powerful than weapons of a more massive destruction?
There is power in focused cooperation. Would it be possible through a stirring of the forces within that we may move toward a future evolution of all of us through personal deliberate effort toward transformation of our self?
